This agreement is for PlantSkydd Animal Repellent Soluble Powder Concentrate, which is primarily used for seedling protection against deer, elk, rabbits and other ungulate species.  Plantskydd meets the following specifications:

• Recognized in Canada as environmentally safe and is made from 100% natural ingredients
• Exempt from BC pesticide permit requirements as recognized by Integrated Pest Management legislation
• The product has confirmed effectiveness results in forest operational conditions
• The product provides confirmed long term protection in various climates and weather conditions
• Plantskydd Repellent is available in a soluble powder based formation (suitable for backpack spray application)

Tree World Plant Care Products Inc (Tree World) will supply up to 2,000 kg of product annually and have 1,000 kg of product available in inventory in each of the spring and fall application time periods.  The product will be stored by the supplier at their facility in Sechelt until delivery is requested.  Tree World will ship requested quantities upon one weeks notice.
