Effective March 4, 2008, the Province has executed a new Oracle Licence and Services Agreement. This agreement will be in place until May 2010.

Ministries are advised to contact CSAM for further guidance on the use of this Agreement.

Customers should be aware that if Oracle software or services are acquired pursuant to a competitive procurement, those contractual terms that are specified in the competitive procurement document (e.g., RFP) must be specified in the Ordering Document and expressly state that they apply despite the corresponding paragraphs in the OLSA. The Ordering Document then acts as an amendment to the OLSA and should accordingly be reviewed by Legal Services Branch.

Online ordering is not permitted. All orders use the Oracle Ordering Document and reference this OLSA.
