Continuous Improvement - Continuous Learning Services

This agreement is for the provision of continuous improvement and continuous learning consulting services. These Services will adhere to a five phase training curriculum developed by the Ministry of Forests and that is described in section 1.5 of this CSA.

The curriculum is based upon the work of the following practioners:

W.E. Deming
Ackerman and Anderson
K. Lewin
W. Bridges
J. Kotter
ARC Worldwide
Thomas Concept
Kouznes and Posner
Tuckman

Note: The contractor will be able to deliver all five phases, but specific projects may involve the delivery of all five phases or only selected phases.
