Travellers now have the option to rent hybrid vehicles under the
Province's daily vehicle rental CSAs. Many of our CSA rental
agencies have added hybrid vehicles to their fleets. Employees are encouraged to rent a hybrid vehicle whenever hybrid vehicles are available.

These agreements are for short term rentals (up to 30 days) of light vehicles within British Columbia. They are restricted to business travel only.

Daily Rental Suppliers by Community

Corporate Supply Arrangements (CSAs) for daily vehicle rentals have been awarded by community. To locate the vehicle rental companies holding a CSA in a specific community click on the link below.

All vehicle rental companies require renters to provide a Corporate Identification Number when requesting a vehicle. This number can be found in the listing of CSA locations below. Use of the Corporate Identification Number will result in the terms and conditions of the CSA and correct rates being applied to the rental. Ensure the Corporate Identification Number appears on your rental agreement.
