Each listing consists of the following:

  • name of the city or town where the service centre is located and the Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA) number awarded to the Service Centre
  • "Doing Business As " (common name) of the service centre (note; the Legal Name may differ), the street address of the centre and the phone number
  • open: All centres are open Monday to Friday, if the centre is open on other days it is noted after the M to F times

Services:

  • "CVIP Approved Centre"- the Centre is approved by ICBC to perform Commercial Vehicle Inspections
  • "Approved AirCare Service"- the Centre is approved to repair vehicles based on the ICBC AirCare program (Lower Mainland only)
  • "# of Service Bays" – the number of vehicles that can be serviced inside the Centre at any one time
To arrange vehicle servicing the driver may contact one of the approved service centres in their area directly or may contact PHH VMA Service (1 800 268-2916) for assistance in locating the centre best suited to do the servicing. PHH VMA Service technicians have complete information and pricing for each centre.

You may check the service history of the vehicle on the PHH InterActive site. Contact your ministry vehicle coordinator for access to the InterActive site and apply for a site password.
