Employee Supply Arrangements

As a Province of BC Employee, you may take advantage of the growing list of Employee Supply Arrangements (ESAs) listed below. There are two types of ESAs--those offered to you directly by the Province, and those offered by suppliers. Both types will be listed on this page.  The goods and services offered will be wide-ranging, and most, if not all, ESAs will be available for employees and their immediate family.

Note: Any liability for injury or any other aspects of the goods and services provided by suppliers will be a matter for resolution between the supplier and the employee or their immediate family: the Province will accept no responsibility in this regard. The Province will not be an actual or implied party to any such contractual relationship or purchase of services.

For confirmation of employment, one or more of the following pieces of identification may be accepted by the suppliers: a valid business card, pay stub, BC Government photo identification, or BC Government email address. Please note that acceptable forms of identification may vary with suppliers.

For goods and services that are routinely required by ministries and other public sector organizations, Corporate Supply Arrangements (CSAs) have been established by Purchasing Services. CSAs are developed in consultation with public sector representatives and are intended to assist them in meeting their business needs. CSAs offer the benefits of discounted prices obtained through a competitive bidding process, and the convenience of ordering directly from suppliers.
